JEFFREY P. GALE was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. In December 1981, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In July 1984, he graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, and in 1985, was admitted to the Florida Bar. He also is a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Gale began his legal career in 1985, in a general litigation firm in Miami, Florida. He represented individuals in state and federal courts for claims involving motor vehicle negligence, premise liability, probate disputes, marital and commercial matters. In 1987, Mr. Gale became a named partner in the firm, which became known as Miller & Gale, P.A. In 1989, he joined Dunn & Johnson, P.A., where he focused on representing individuals in claims involving maritime/admiralty accidents, workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accidents and premise liability. In 1996, Mr. Gale formed his own law firm, Jeffrey P. Gale, P.A., where he has continued to practice in many of the same areas as described above.

Mr. Gale is a member of various legal organizations, including The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (AFTL), The Dade County Bar Association (DCBA), and The Dade County Trial Lawyers Association (DCTLA).
