Jeff has been a certified mediator since 2000. He travels throughout the state and has office facilities in Miami Shores Village and Palm Beach Gardens to mediate workers' compensation and civil cases.

Mediation Fees and Basic Terms: $225 per hour (with a 2 hour minimum). There is a maximum one (1) hour travel time charge for mediations within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Fees will be payable to Jeffrey P. Gale, P. A.

To help facilitate successful mediations, for mediations scheduled for 3 or more hours Jeff will review documents submitted by the parties up to one hour per party at no cost. (Simply mail, fax, or E-mail the information you wish to have reviewed.) Any party wishing for a review beyond the one hour, must make their request in writing and will be charged for the additional time.
