Jeff Gale, the firm’s founder, was born and raised in Miami. After graduating from the University of Florida school of law, in Gainesville, he returned to South Florida. Within a few years, he married his lovely wife Kelly and the two began raising a family on Miami Beach, just minutes from the hospital, Mount Sinai, where he, his siblings, and his own children were born.

Jeff has devoted his legal career to representing the poor, the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless, and the defenseless against government, corporations and large business interests. His strong dedication to fighting for individuals is a product of values learned from his parents and the experiences of being a child of the turbulent 1960s.

Jeff is an active member of The Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association (FJA), the Dade County Bar Association (DCBA), and the Miami-Dade Justice Association, and is an avid blogger on a variety of legal subjects. He is also a certified mediator

Our firm handles cases throughout Florida and takes great honor in representing the fine individuals and families who instill their trust in us. We work tirelessly to meet their high expectations.
