Jeffrey P. Gale – Founder
Jeff Gale, the founding attorney of the firm, was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, he returned to his hometown to begin practicing law. A few years later, he married his beloved wife, Kelly, and together they raised their family in Miami Beach—just minutes from Mount Sinai Medical Center, where Jeff, his siblings, and his children were all born.
Jeff has dedicated his legal career to representing the poor, the injured, the voiceless, and the forgotten—standing up to powerful interests including corporations, insurance companies, and government entities. His unwavering commitment to justice is rooted in the values passed down from his parents and shaped by growing up during the social and political upheavals of the 1960s.
He is an active member of The Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association (FJA), the Dade County Bar Association (DCBA), the Miami-Dade Justice Association, and Florida Workers’ Advocates. In addition to his litigation practice, Jeff is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and regularly shares insights on legal issues through his blog.
